Have you ever considered a career in teaching?
Come and train with the Blackpool Multi Academy Trust School Direct programme!
From September 2016 the Blackpool Multi Academy Trust will be part of a growing number of schools leading the way for more school-led teacher training. This is really important to us because it means we can choose the very best talent and develop them into teachers. Being able to choose who we train as teachers helps us in delivering the best outcomes for children in Blackpool schools. This programme is being run in conjunction with the University of Cumbria (for more details visit the University of Cumbria website).
We have vacancies now to start training from September 2017 and we would be very interested to hear from you if you are thinking of becoming a teacher, or know someone who is. We’re looking for people who have (or will have) a degree, have a passion for teaching and want to inspire young people to fulfil their potential. Please click here to view our information leaflet.
Full details of our course can be found on the UCAS website. (see How to Find Us on UCAS) However , if you would like to discuss any aspect of the course, or would like support and guidance on your application form please don’t hesitate to contact Gill Hughes (01253 764130) or Andrew Hurley (01253 855215) for further information.
